How do you answer an open theist’s idea that God neither determines nor knows the future?

This understanding is absurd in view of the biblical data above, reducing these statements to little more than omnicompetence and turning biblical prophecy into mere probabilism (see Frame, Doctrine of God, pp. 490–94). On the contrary, Scripture speaks of God’s knowledge as being “perfect,” homologating neither error nor contingency (Job 37:16).
