If God is infinite, why does Bible say “they limited the Holy One of Israel” (Psalm 78:41)?

The Hebrew term here is tawah, which can mean “limited” (so the kjv), but more likely means something like “pained” (nas) “vexed” (niv), or “provoked” (esv, nlt). In this case, no problem presents itself. Even if the sense of “limited” is correct, the verse can be successfully harmonized the same way as Mark 6:5. Look at the answer of previous question.
