What is freedom of Indifference or contra-causal freedom?

Freedom of Indifference or contra-causal freedom is the freedom to do not only what one desires, but also the opposite. It is unlikely that any person could ever have this kind of freedom. Even God does not possess this freedom since he is restricted by his own nature (e.g., Titus 1:2).
