What is freedom of spontenaeity?

Freedom of Spontenaeity is the freedom to make choices according to one’s own nature, purposes, and governing desires apart from external compulsion. All persons have such freedom, but finite persons are restricted in the execution of these choices. Only God is wholly free or sovereign in that he is not bound in neither the realm of his choices or their implementation by any force external to himself.
